Terms and Conditions for CognoConscious Event

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in the CognoConscious event. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are between the participant ("Customer") and CognomovementTM, Avalon Bimm LLC ("Organizer") regarding the enrollment and attendance at the CognoConscious event. By enrolling in the event, Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Transfer:

1.1. For one time only, Customer may transfer the event enrollment for CognoConscious from the originally purchased event date to the next desired and available date, without any additional charge.
1.2. Customer may transfer their event enrollment to another individual or transfer their event enrollment to a CognomovementTM product or to a Cognomovement VIP Session without any additional charge.
1.3. After an initial transfer to another CognoConscious event, Customer may transfer their CognoConscious event enrollment subject to a $75 transfer fee for each subsequent transfer.
1.4. In order to transfer, Customer must notify CognomovementTM by email at info@cognomovement.com. Enrollment transfers are subject to availability and will be processed on a first come, first serve basis determined by the date of enrollment. By transferring, Customer will relinquish priority standing in the original event for which Customer enrolled.

2. Cancellation:

2.1. Customer may cancel this transaction without penalty or obligation by submitting an email to CognomovementTM at info@cognomovement.com. The cancellation email must be postmarked prior to midnight of the third business day after the online purchase and prior to the commencement of the event.
2.2. Refunds for cancellations will be issued within 4-6 weeks based on the original method of payment.
2.3. If Customer cancels this transaction after the third business day and more than 30 days before the event start date, the cancellation will be subject to a $195 Damages Fee. This fee is necessary as it would be extremely difficult and impractical to assess actual damages suffered by CognomovementTM, Avalon Bimm LLC in the event of Customer's cancellation.
2.4. No refunds will be provided if Customer cancels this transaction within 30 days of the event start date.

3. No-Show:

3.1. No refund will be provided if Customer fails to attend the confirmed event within the time period allotted.
3.2. Customer must obtain advance written consent from CognomovementTM, Avalon Bimm LLC in order to be eligible for a refund due to non-attendance.

4. General Provisions:

4.1. Customer acknowledges that they are not relying upon any warranties, promises, guarantees, or representations made by CognomovementTM, Avalon Bimm LLC or anyone acting on their behalf unless it is in writing and signed by a designated and authorized representative.
4.2. These Terms and Conditions supersede all advertising materials, prior representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
4.3. Any additions or modifications to these Terms and Conditions will only be effective if set forth in writing and signed by both Customer and CognomovementTM, Avalon Bimm LLC.
4.4. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
4.5. Dates, times, locations, and structure of the CognoConscious event are subject to change, including modifying the event from live, in-person to a digital virtual event.
4.6. CognomovementTM, Avalon Bimm LLC reserves the right to terminate this enrollment for any reason it deems appropriate. Tuition credits and refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4.7. This Agreement may not be assigned to another individual or entity without the express written approval of CognomovementTM, Avalon Bimm LLC.

5. Coupon Codes:
5.1If you have a coupon code, please make sure to apply it before completing your purchase. We cannot offer partial refunds for orders where coupon codes were not applied. If you experience any difficulties applying a coupon code or need help, please contact us before finalizing your purchase.

Consent for Photography, Audio, and Video Recording:

By entering the event premises, Customer consents to interview(s), photography, audio recording, and video recording. Customer agrees that the recordings may be released, published, exhibited, or reproduced for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by CognomovementTM, Avalon Bimm LLC and its affiliates and representatives.
Customer releases CognomovementTM, Avalon Bimm LLC, its officers, and employees, and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings.
By entering the event premises, Customer waives all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use. Customer waives any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by CognomovementTM, Avalon Bimm LLC or the designated person/entity.
Customer acknowledges their full consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
By enrolling in the CognoConscious event, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
