When Things Start Working... And Then Stall
This is the point where progress often slows down quietly.
We work with the pattern that shows up right as things begin to shift, so you don’t have to force yourself forward or give up.
January 30
The Thing You Always Do
By now, most people can predict how they drift or stop.
This session is about seeing that loop clearly and interrupting it at the nervous-system level so it doesn’t run the year again.
